A verification committee does not determine how a participant must vote, rate a representative, or express a political position. Its role is to apply the verification protocol impartially. Representative evaluations and public-accountability records belong to connected applications operating under separate evidence and fair-process rules.
A committee must not deny, delay, revoke, or condition verification because it agrees or disagrees with a participant’s lawful political views.
Local evidence rules, exceptions, appeals, legal documents, privacy rules, directories, and sessions remain unfinished or unavailable until explicitly activated.
