Formation track

Start the committee that starts local trust.

Learn what must exist before a local human-verification committee can responsibly form.

A committee is a public responsibility

A local committee provides the initial approval that someone is a real person. Formation requires trusted volunteers, clear session procedures, accessibility planning, and local accountability before any verification session opens.

Evidence is broader than one document

Government ID may be one evidence pathway, but it is not the only possible path. The local rules for acceptable evidence, exceptions, and appeals are unfinished and must be settled before launch.

No sessions are open yet

The Kelowna pilot is forming. Directory listings, calendars, legal documents, and privacy rules are not operational until they are explicitly published as active.

Protocol status: committee approval starts the lifecycle; every attestation expires after 45 days; random peer renewal details are still being designed.
