Staged development

From local proof to citizen-led government accountability.

A five-stage roadmap that keeps verification honest while connecting it to representative accountability.

Roadmap stages

Stage one: Prepare the pilot — Current

Finish local formation, evidence policy, privacy rules, legal review, accessibility planning, and session procedures before claiming that verification sessions are available.

Stage two: Prove renewal — Pilot

Demonstrate universal 45-day expiry and randomly assigned community renewal in a way that is understandable, auditable, privacy-conscious, and safe.

Stage three: Connect the first accountability application — Planned

Develop the planned Rate My Representatives integration while preserving the separation between CBC verification responsibilities and RMR public-accountability responsibilities.

Stage four: Test citizen-led government accountability — Planned

Test representative profiles, public records, authenticated-participant signals, evidence handling, representative notification, responses, corrections, sample-size disclosure, and outcome tracking.

Stage five: Broaden civic infrastructure — Long-term

Only after the preceding layers work should additional applications, developer interfaces, Direct Republic, Mirror-State, or related civic-system concepts move from roadmap toward implementation.
