This static site does not collect identity documents. Government ID may be one evidence pathway, but evidence review belongs in controlled in-person procedures.
Rules are unfinished
Privacy rules, retention limits, legal documents, audit practices, and participant rights are not operational until explicitly published as active policy.
Protocol status: committee approval starts the lifecycle; every attestation expires after 45 days; random peer renewal details are still being designed.
